Contribute to the Research Agenda Book

Leading scientists, heads of industry and PerAda experts are invited to contribute to the PANORAMA Research Agenda Book. The book will be published in printed format

It is vitally important that the Pervasive Adaptation community works towards commmon goals, and that research is integrated, coordinated and informed.

With this is mind the objectives for the PANORAMA Research Agenda Book are as follows:

• identify and address basic research problems and strategic research fields emerging from the evolution of a globalising Information and Knowledge Society
• establish efficient communication, knowledge exchange and cooperation mechanisms among the involved institutions forming and shaping the related scientific community within and beyond Europe
• bring together the most important scientific leaders across the proactive initiative to reach a consensus on three- and ten-year research agendas spanning the wide range of disciplines
• identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, synergies and complementarities of thematic research areas and involved research institutions capable of performing excellent research
• interlink with the related stakeholders in industry, commerce and society to give way to knowledge, know-how and technology exchange
• negotiate and agree upon strategic joint basic Pervasive Adaptation research agendas together with their road mapping, time sequencing and priorities, and maintain the research agenda in a timely and progressive style
• deliver solid and evidence-grounded recommendations to decision-making units and policy makers

The PANORAMA Research Agenda is a book with a comprehensive collection of short articles discussing the latest ideas in Pervasive Adaptation. The goal of the Research Agenda is to provide a systematic ordering of terms and a more standard and agreed explanation of the various research fields.
